Project

Varaha Infra Limited executed India’s first international highway project on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract awarded by NHAI amounting to USD 184 million — marking the company’s global debut.

The project spans hilly terrain connecting Kalewa and Yagyi, passing through narrow valleys and an eco-sensitive elephant sanctuary zone recognised by the United Nations.

Strategic Importance

This corridor forms a critical segment of the India-Myanmar-Thailand Trilateral Highway under India’s Act East Policy — strengthening regional connectivity, trade, and cross-border infrastructure.
